Volunteering for any of the ministries below requirevolunteer forms to be completed. (see below) *************************************************************************************** These ministries also require vulnerable sector police information checks(upon receipt of the police check, the parish will reimburse the cost). Instructions for completion will be provided to you by the parish via email.

The Diocese of Calgary requires all volunteers to complete Abuse Prevention Training. You will be contacted by email from Praesidium Academy with instructions about the online training course. We pride ourselves on our commitment to keeping the people of our parish safe & protected. That is why THE REQUISTES ABOVE ARE MANDATORY & we appreciate your cooperation.

Ministries in our Parish (Vulnerable Sector)
Altar Servers Children grade 4+ to serve at mass. Training is provided. Commitment: every 3-6 weeks depending on mass chosen. Compulsory training workshop is required.
Pastoral Care of the Sick Providing support, comfort, prayer & communion to those sick or infirm. Commitment: training is provided by the Diocese of Calgary.
Refugee Committee [Members of the parish work with Calgary Catholic Immigration Society to provide financial and material support to newly arrived immigrants to Canada. You will help intigrate them into Canadian society including picking up furniture and household items and delivery to their homes.] No volunteers currently needed as we await news on the situation regarding new refugee families to our parish. Commitment: as needed by the refugee team for various things including delivery of furniture etc.
St Anne's Mother's Group Women & mothers who meet once a week for spiritual growth as well as camaraderie with other women & mothers. They meet once a week every Tuesday morning 9:30-11:30. All women are invited. St Anne's Mother's Group Babysitters Needed once a week to care for the children of mothers attending the St. Anne's Mothers Group. Commitment: A paid position that works once a week every Tuesday morning from September to May.
